Thank you for supporting my art! Each print is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–6 business days. During busy periods, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:

  • Australia: 2–10 business days
  • International: 1–4 weeks depending on destination and local postal services

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside my control, including customs processing, weather events, and carrier delays.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Packaging

All prints are packaged with care using protective materials to help prevent damage during transit.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and artwork. If your package appears lost in transit, please get in touch and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.
